Thanks for the offer! The current plan is to finish my first pass updating all of the rules text as soon as possible then I'm going to share the new version with comment permissions so anyone can point out errors and issues. Will definitely need all the extra eyes on it I'm sure.
Great. If there are any classes you want help updating, please let me know. I also have a few ideas for how to automate the sheet to cut down on the copying and pasting. I've started work on this already in a version of the toolkit, and will send you the amendments, if that would be helpful.
I decided a while back to keep automations off of the main sheet (just for simplicity/constancy), but I would still love to see a version that works like that! If you're in the MCDM discord server there's a post for this toolkit in the DS Homebrew channel. I've got a list o links to community iterations on the toolkit and I'd be more than happy to add yours when it's ready.
Do you plan on making a new/updated version for backer packet 2 and/or the full game later on? The pre-filled cards for ancestries abilities and kits are awesome, but even just the blank sheet reworked for the full system's mechanics with the cheat sheet and skill description pages will be an order of magnitude more usable than the form-fillable PDFs provided by MCDM.
Yes! I'm working on a full update with prefilled card for the Backer Packet 2 and intend to do the same when the full game is released. I had hoped to have it ready this week but had some life related delays. Keep an eye out!
This is absolutely amazing. I made several characters using it and it's a piece of cake, and the final layout is way better than the character sheets that come with the test kit. The only error I noticed is that the description for the Search skill is "Makes bets with others."
This looks perfect! I want to playtest this with the backer kit but it'd be difficult to get them into the game without something like this, you're a legend!
