A spreadsheet based character building toolkit for use with Draw Steel, the world's most heroic roleplaying game.
Using Google Sheets, this doc features a fillable character sheet as well as the full collection of Ability Cards, Kit Cards, and Ancestry Cards from the first Backer Playtest packet that easily copy/paste into the sheet!

Save a copy of the file to edit it for yourself *[File > Make a Copy]* and follow the Export instructions at the bottom of the sheet for the best formatting for printing.
Pregen Sheets
The 5 Pre-Generated Characters from the Backer Packet are already built in their own tabs within the sheet so you can start playing right away!
Printer Friendliest
While you only need the link above to use the tool, the downloadable files here are blank character sheets for pen & paper play.
Playtesting Preview
Draw Steel is a role playing game currently in development at MCDM Productions, LLC. This product is, for now, only intended for the community of Draw Steel Backers currently playtesting the game, both game masters and their players. This is not a substitute for the playtesting material nor is it a comprehensive collection of the rules.
Toolkit Upkeep
With each Backer Packet, if the license continues to allow, all of the rules text will be updated within a few days of its release. I'm committed to keeping the content up to date through publication at least. This effort wouldn't be possible without eagle eyed users of the sheet so if you spot a spelling error, incorrect ability text, or any other issue please let me know! I'll get it fixed right away.

This is absolutely amazing. I made several characters using it and it's a piece of cake, and the final layout is way better than the character sheets that come with the test kit. The only error I noticed is that the description for the Search skill is "Makes bets with others."
This looks perfect! I want to playtest this with the backer kit but it'd be difficult to get them into the game without something like this, you're a legend!
