Now up to date with Backer Packet #2

Completely overhauled from the original version, the Character Sheet Toolkit now has ALL  character creation steps and class features included conveniently formatted for quicker character creation. The Toolkit is still not a supplement for the rules themselves but you should now be able to make a complete character totally within the Toolkit without having to reference the rules alongside it.
