Draw Steel is Official Out!

Now that Draw Steel has officially been released I will be updated the Toolkit as I can. I've added a note about the update in a new tab in the toolkit explaining that there is now a red column on the far left of the tabs to indicate what has not been updated yet and I'll remove that red as I edit text.

In the mean time I've added a Form Fillable PDF version of the blank character sheet in the downloads here on Itch! Hopefully that proves useful for folks who would prefer that format for an easily editable sheet
